Kallio school: 41% less heating energy after one year

One year after handover, the renovated Kallio school used 41% less heating energy than in the three years before the work.

The largest savings came from ventilation heat recovery and the new windows. Indoor temperatures stayed stable through the winter, and the measured air tightness was better than the design target.
