Apache or similar Web Server
MySQL v5.7.x+
PHP v5.6.19+

You can just request it from the CDN, with the code on the homepage.
Or you can just download, upload and run on any PHP running environment,
local, intranet or cloud, much lower resource requirements than Wordpress, or else.
