NodOnce OÜ Proprietary Freeware License

This NodOnce OÜ Proprietary Freeware License ("License") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and NodOnce OÜ ("Licensor") for the use of the "Genes" software ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.

1. Grant of License:

- Subject to the terms of this License, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your internal business or personal purposes.

- Licensor is under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or new releases for the Software under this License.

- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

- This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflicts of law principles.

- This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
